Cindy Chapman

Cindy Chapman is active in various segments of real estate to include residential, resort lifestyle and relocation. She was employed by a Fortune 50 Corporation as a Marketing and Sales Manager when she first visited Sedona in 2000. She was playing golf with clients in a corporate event at The Phoenix Open when she first experienced the dramatic “Red Rock” views of Sedona which would forever change her life.

Cindy helps her clients well beyond the sale in an effort to help them readily adapt to the Sedona Lifestyle and community. She is a Director of the Sedona Verde Valley Board of Realtors and Founding Member of Rotary International, Village of Oak Creek club. She is often recognized for Top Producer and Client Satisfaction awards for providing superior client satisfaction and excellence in the workplace.

Cindy has been a resident of Sedona since 2008 having relocated from Naples, Florida, where she began her real estate career in 2004 selling luxury homes for an on-site developer. In her first year alone, she sold an unprecedented $15 Million. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida which provides her a competitive edge when marketing clients’ properties.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and practicing yoga. She is especially proud of her children, Alec and Catherine. Alec attends Arizona State University and Catherine is enrolled at Pepperdine University.
